Bluesail fish co is based at Looe in Cornwall, in the south west of England. Its factory conforms to the recognised Sea Fish Industry "Quality Award Scheme" and is situated next to the fish market itself. We specialise in "dayboat quality fish" which is sourced from the small boats working out of Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey, Plymouth and Brixham, and many other ports in the region.

We send our products to markets in England, France, Italy and Spain, and distribute to both independent merchants and supermarket groups.

Bluesail produces packed whole fish and fillets from a wide variety of species found in our local waters. We also import fresh and frozen fish from France when there is a strong import demand.
For our high volume products such as mackerel and lemon soles, we have introduced our own "Cornish Seas" labels showing our regional provenance, clear traceability records are maintained throughout our production and packing system.
